Can you run activities for our group?
Greenpark School is a self-service venue. This means that while we provide a beautiful backdrop and facilities you need to have a great time we do not run any of the activities, that part is up to you!
What audio visual equipment have you got on site?
We have multiple projectors, wifi and a full sound system for your use. If you have any specific needs, do get in touch and we will see if we can accommodate you.
What food options and facilities are nearby?
Lincoln township is a 5 minute drive away with supermarkets, numerous restaurants and eateries, laundromats, pharmacies etc
What cooking and dining facilities are available?
We provide a commercial sized kitchen, a dining room that seats 40 and an additional small kitchenette for tea, coffee, microwave reheating etc.
Can we serve alcohol at our event?
We do not currently have a liquor licence. If you would like to serve alcohol you will need to come with your own liquor licence, eg. a special licence or a licence through a caterer.
How many people can you accommodate?
We have accommodation for 30 and our dining room can comfortably seat 40-50 people. If you have a larger group with different needs get in touch as we are able to accommodate more for short events, outdoor groups etc.
What parking facilities do you have on site?
As the site was originally a school there is ample on street parking for your whole group.
Is the school accessible and wheelchair friendly?
Yes, there is a ramp to the entrance of the school, we have wheelchair accessible toilets and showers and all of our common spaces provide plenty of room to move around.
